A kitchen named CUBI
The CUBI project (a single kitchen for Belle-Idée) is planning to expand the Trois-Chêne Hospital’s kitchen to replace the Psychiatry hospital’s dilapidated kitchen and incorporate the Bellerive Hospital kitchen’s production.
Technically this construction is at the cutting edge of hospital catering practices. It takes into account:
- improvements in patient well-being
- a heightened service offering in the restaurants
- optimisation of working conditions for staff.
After over two years’ work, the CUBI will be up and running in March 2018.
