The 4 Fs for managing your weight

Feel, Fit, Food & Fun : behind these 4Fs lies a new programme designed for young people aged between 18 and 35 suffering from emerging mental disorders who are overweight or predisposed to weight gain.

Created by the adult psychiatry service, this programme combines indoor and outdoor physical activities, along with group therapy based on food and body image.

It runs over eight weeks and is tailored to each person’s physical condition and needs. It is proven that regular physical activity increases physical and mental well-being and improves sleep quality and self-esteem. It leads to a reduction in stress and anxiety and depressive disorders.
