Main project:
Presence of anti-apolipoprotein A-1 autoantibodies as a link between autoimmunity and atherogenesis. Investigations in acute coronary syndrome (collaboration with Prof F. Mach, Cardiology, HUG and with Dr N. Vuilleumier, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden) and in sleep apnea syndrome (collaboration with Prof. JL Pépin, laboratoire d'EFRC, INSERM ERI 0017 ,Université Joseph Fourier, Grenoble, France). The aim of is project is to establish the role of anti-apoA-1 autoantibodies as a risk factor for atherosclerosis and to investigate their mechanisms of action.
