In March 2021 the HUG set up a committee to deal with complaints of harassment and discrimination (CDH).
It has the authority to deal with complaints concerning attacks on personality, discrimination and harassment which are brought to its attention through various channels accessible to employees. To this end, a hotline run by the privacy unit is available to all HUG personnel.
The CDH is an internal body of the HUG. It formulates proposals for action to be taken in the situations which are submitted to it which are likely in particular to involve personal attacks relating to discrimination or harassment within the HUG, thereby ensuring consistent treatment and follow-up.
