To register, you must submit the following documents. See the admission checklist for your place of care :
Your valuables
Avoid keeping a significant amount of money or valuable items on your person or in your room because the hospital cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or theft. You do have the option of handing these over to medical staff to place in the cash office*. You can retrieve your items from the box by presenting your identity document. Anyone else can also collect them on production of your written authorization to do so.
