How to register?
To register in the DIAfit program, contact your treating physician or diabetes specialist so they can fill out the registration form to send to the program’s administrative office.
Invoicing
The DIAfit program is covered by basic health insurance (LAMal) after deductible and co-pay (10% of the costs). You can participate in this program every three years.
