Medical activities of the Centre for emerging viral diseases

The centre has been able to develop both clinical and diagnostic expertise in the field of emerging viral diseases.Clinicians work on national and international projects, and diagnostic skills are shared between several Swiss and global reference centres.
The centre regularly organizes conferences on emerging viral diseases and is actively involved in pre- and post-graduate training for doctors and students from other disciplines.
